Vintage Soviet Wostok Amphibian Youthful on caliber 2409 in a classic 1980-90s design with a blue colored dial and chrome plated case. One of the sports diver models that was produced from 1987-1993 years in Soviet Union. Original and serviced, arrows translating smoothly. Watch runs on the 2409A movement with shock resistant on 17 Jewels, on the last photo you can check time measurements and work of the ballance. Case has minor sings of wearing, has scratches, for it’s age case looks very nice as well as winding crown – it’s screws to the end and keeps movement safely from the water. Dial has micro dust spots dirt and minor varnish damage, all logos are readable, at 1 o’cklock point ther are “4” number on outer layer of varnish, don’t know if it was someone’s custom label or from factory, almost not noticeable. Arrows in good condition with minor traces of time, the second hand has correct shape. Crystal has small and average scratches all around and needs to be polished carefully. Caseback has minor scratches. The watch was tested in a bottle of water, and didnt have any traces of water inside, I can’t guarantee 200m diving, but basic water protection for that model seems to be ok.The item condition rating is based on the external condition relative to the worst to perfect storage condition, and points are awarded relative to the difference between these two extreme conditions.
