Please do not ship any item(s) back to Orange City Cycle without receiving an R.A. number first. You must call us at , and speak with a customer service representative to receive an R.A. number. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, including shipping costs and tracking via a well-known carrier. You are liable for loss and title until the returned package is received by Orange City Cycle. You must clearly and conspicuously mark the outside of every returned package with your R.A. number. You must include a note with the package with the R.A. number and a brief description of the reason for return. You must ship the returned package to us within 7 days of receipt of R.A. number.
