These Quran manuscript leaves belong to Mamluk’s time, which means more than 500 years old. The verses are handwritten with fantastic Arabic calligraphy and the ink is mixed with GOLD. The dots between the verses are also made of pure gold. The text represents verses from Suras Al-Ana’am & Al-A’araf. The leaves exhibit damage on the borders and worm holes as well. Some leaves are missing small pieces and were, unfortunately, repaired by the previous owner with different patches of papers. These are 16 leaves and 32 pages. Some words were also corrected over the small patches. It measures 26.0 x 18.0 cm. You get exactly what you see in the scans.
