Unless requested, we DO NOT use heat packs in the winter, so make sure to provide a shipping address where someone will be there to receive plants immediately. If you prefer us to ship with a heat pack, they are available for purchase separately. The total combined heat pack cost of $5.50 ($2.50 + $3.00 shipping charge) is to cover the cost of the heat pack as well as the additional weight related shipping costs. If you would like us to delay shipping plants for a few days (due to availability or anticipated weather conditions), please let us know prior to payment. Shipping Discounts: Discounts are given on all multi-plant shipments, provided they are all purchased in a single payment.
