Brand new Smiths dual water oil gauge. Although not original these will easily fit the Triumph Spitfire. These will also fit the MG Midget 1500 as it uses the same engine. Capillary tube is 82″. These are 2″ wide (52 mm) where the go into the dash and that is the same size as the stock Spitfire Water Temp Gauge and likewise the Midget 1500. This is a great way to add a oil pressure gauge to your Spitfire without having to cut a new hole in the dash. These are mechanical oil and water temp gauges. The water temp gauge is much more trustworthy than the originals using electrical sending units which tend to fail and also require a steady supply of voltage from a stabilizer which itself is prone to inaccuracy. These are genuine Smiths gauges made in the UK. These use a an internal bulb as used on later cars and the bulb and holder are not included. This includes the adapter needed to replace the electric sending unit for the temperature gauge as well as the tubing and fitting to add the oil pressure gauge.
