The sterilizing temperature can be set in a range from 225 F (107 C) and 250 F (121C). The onboard data logger records and stores the time, temperature, and pressure for each sterilization cycle. The stored data can be either retrieved using a USB drive via the inbuilt USB port or printed out using an optional external printer. Two exhaust speeds are also available, slow and fast, depending on sterilizing media. All models are manual fill and have an electric steam trap. The Largest Capacity in the most compact space!
