Over the years we have been refining our packaging & shipping materials as well as all of our material handling processes, in order to bring you the lowest prices & best disc conditions, all with the lowest environmental impact in the used disc media marketplace. We also have a battery of top of the line disc reconditioning machines & are able to restore many items that would otherwise be lost. Our founder worked for one of the largest independent record labels in the country & saw first hand mountains of new retail CD’s entering the marketplace,& he now sees many of those same titles in the used supply chain where they are often neglected, mishandled & sometimes improperly disposed. We believe that there is a better way! Every element, from the construction, the kinds of plastics used, & the mixture of materials used in manufacturing optical discs, makes disc media particularly difficult to recycle. The average person probably isn’t aware, but there is a phenomenal amount of this material that ends up in landfills due to surface disc damage & the difficulties in recycling, not to mention the labor costs that goes into dealing with broken cases & inspection of disc surfaces. These challenges are all exacerbated by the declining market for physical entertainment.These are particularly difficult problems to solve, but we believe we can have a material impact! It’s our mission to keep these products in circulation as long as possible & keep this material out of landfills. As part of this effort, we recycle broken & damaged cases, reuse the ones we can, & are constantly refining our process to optimize for reduced waste & future recyclability. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Why do you use stock photos? Due to technical limitations in eBay’s system & the large item count that we regularly carry, we are not able to offer custom photos. We often have many of the same items in our inventory, but eBay does not allow us to have multiple listings for the same item in the same condition. These items must be grouped under the same listing. Why do you change product packaging for some products? As you probably are aware, CD jewel cases are quite fragile & many in the used market are broken or damaged. We also change out jewel cases in order to reduce package waste & optimize for shipping as much as possible, so that we can keep our prices low & our environmental footprint even lower. Your prices are so low, are you selling genuine products? Absolutely! We carry inventory from a variety of sources, but we only deal in genuine products. We have been in business for over 10 years & have a great deal of experience keeping suspect items out of our supply chain. eBay’s estimated delivery times says I should have my item, but it hasn’t arrived yet? eBay delivery estimates are based on their own internal system. Unfortunately, economy shipping often arrives outside of eBay’s estimated delivery window. We have made more premium shipping upgrades available for time sensitive purchases. You gave me a refund for non-delivery, but my item was delivered the next day. How can I reverse the refund? Most people don’t realize it, but libraries tend to carry multiple units of the newest titles. Due to limited shelf space, they reduce the number of copies they carry over time in order to have room for their newest offerings. We work with organizations to help turn a libraries overstock into funds that the libraries can use towards their newest acquisitions! Do you answer questions on the weekend? No, we have a staff with regular Monday through Friday hours. Unfortunately we are not able to answer customer service questions on nights or weekends at this time. We try to answer all messages on Monday morning, but we get a lot of messages! What happens if an item arrives damaged? Just let us know!
