Dresden Bloom and Dresden Star are two gorgeous quilt patterns designed by Edyta Sitar for Laundry Basket Quilts. Both patterns use Edyta’s Dresden Star Template, which is one of the items in this listing. The template comes as two separate acrylic pieces suitable for rotary cutting — one is a triangle and the other is shaped like a four sided wedge. Both patterns give instructions on the use of the templates in her design, but the patterns can also be completed by making your own templates from template plastic. If you purchase the templates alone, there are no instructions included. Please NOTE: We sell each piece separately, which is how Laundry Basket Quilts produces them, so that customers can buy just the pieces they need. We have had quite a few people who have purchased one of the patterns elsewhere and did not realize they would need/want the templates, so they just buy the templates. Or we sometimes have shoppers who already own one of the patterns and the templates, and so they just buy the other pattern. We are always happy to combine orders to save you shipping costs.
