No requests to ship to an alternate address, for any reason, can be accepted. Packaging Unless otherwise noted, all 1/35 scale printed items will be shipped in #10 envelopes (9.5” x 4” / 24 x 10 cm). Within the envelopes, items will be packed in an 8” x 4” / 20 x 10 cm re-sealable poly-bag to prevent water damage, with at least one stiff, acid-free cardboard backer to prevent bending and protect edges from being crushed. This method was specifically selected to avoid damage caused by postal workers bending or folding the product, as they tend to do with large or oddly shaped envelopes. Multiple items will be shipped within the same poly-bag as long as they fit into the bag without damage. Multiple poly-bags will be used for large orders. The items within each poly-bag will be separated by a piece of tissue paper (or similar) to act as a buffer to prevent ink transfer and damage from rubbing.
