eBay I will be selling pieces from my life long personal collection of Very fine & Rare glass, so please add me to your favorite seller list for future rare pieces. ………………………………………………… This is a Gorgeous Matching Set of a Bowl with applied gold/clear Face handles, and the other pieces is either a Very deep plate or wide shallow bowl that can also be an underplate with the bowl for an amazing presentation. That may have been the intended way to use this set, not sure. Bowl is 4-1/4″ wide top rim, by 2-1/2″ tall/deep. Plate is 7-1/4″ wide by 1-1/4″ tall This is Hand blown art glass from Murano Italy. It is thin and delicate glassware and very collectible. This was made by a better glass house (I believe Salviati as I found lots of this exact cranberry/gold/white dot pattern glass attributed to Salviati, seems to be his color scheme). The Delicate Cranberry Pink color accented with gold aventurine, as well as the white dotted pattern. The Bowl has applied (handles I suppose) on each side, the little applications have what appears to be a child’s face in the center- though one is very detailed and the other appears to have pressed poorly with less detail. Plate rim is folded technique and the base of the bowl is folded with an air trap too- this light weight delicate glass was made like this during the Early Highly collectible venetian glass era. Condition: No chips or cracks, antique pre-owned glassware. This is estate fresh, and has been locked away in storage for a very long time. This is perfect and amazing condition …………………………………………………. I do not charge you extra for shipping the first time- I pay it out of pocket, and its expensive. I cannot get that shipping back and also give you free shipping back here as well because you decided it wasn’t what you needed. Please bid responsibly. Damaged in Transit/Shipping: I will be shipping you expensive, fragile, antique glass. Therefore it will be treated as such. I wrap with lots of bubble and padding, use double boxing, mark fragile clearly all over the box, always pay to fully insure your item as well (so please read about Insurance claims next). Items over 250- value will also have signature delivery. Insurance claim (loss or damage): Please do not open a dispute with ebay without contacting me first because it is not necessary.
