2018-19 Panini Court Kings Basketball Cards (Base and Rookies) Pick From List eBay requires a condition for raw (ungraded) trading cards – These cards are listed as NM (Near Mint) – Here is a description direcly from the PSA website: A PSA NM 7 is a card showing slight surface wear visible only upon close inspection. There may be slight fraying on some corners. Picture focus may be slightly out-of-register although a minor printing blemish is acceptable. Slight wax staining is acceptable on the back of the card only. Due to high volume of unreasonable buyers, all cards are going to be classified as RAW / AUTHENTIC WITH SOME SORT OF FLAW THAT I DID NOT SEE WITH NO GURANTEE TO WHAT ANY SPECIFIC ITEM WILL GRADE AT unless otherwise noted in the title or if the item has already been graded/slabbed.
