It is the 2015 Stars & Stripes coil issue with Scott numbers 4961 through 4963. The self-adhesive singles are untagged and serpentine die cut 11 vert. Greg Breeding created the 3 designs and BCA printed them for Sennett Security Products (SSP). The stamps feature a stylized American Flag split across 3 stamps with mint green dots. Three is an unusual number of stamps used in a definitive se tenant design. All 3 stamps have USPS microprinting at different locations shown magnified above. The stamps are nondenominated (10) with Presorted Standard service inscription. These are modern day precancels. The 2015 singles have been expertly cut from huge rolls of 10,000.
