I purchased this skirt from Bobby Dene Blaylock of Weatherford Texas who sold antique clothing for years. She also recreated things so she could wear them. She told me that she took the pleating out of this skirt and removed the lining so that she could wear it and had a new waistband put on it. The tatting is entirely handmade. The waist is 35″, the skirt length is 35″ and the hips would fit up to 58″. The lace is in excellent condition and would be very wearable. I don’t see any damage to the lace.
