There is a short, neatly written (in pencil) inscription, dated 1927, on the front flyleaf. There is some foxing on the first 8 or 9 pages and the last 5 or 6 pages. There is a tiny spot or two or three on a few other pages but, overall, the pages (and art) ARE clean.
